Foreclosure Save my Home, Short Sale, Bankruptcy

On referral, we met with Carolyn. In foreclosure for years, working spatially, not knowing what to do, and notified we had a sale date on our home we consulted with Carolyn. Carolyn informed us that a workout would be possible or short sale to get out from under the debt but we would need the time to do any option. Carolyn filed an emergency motion to cancel the sale date on our home giving us the time to peruse and decided on a short sale which would relieve us of other debts attached to us when the property sold. Carolyn stated that she could file a bankruptcy chapter 13, which would also provide results but thought this method pursued may be enough and would save us the bankruptcy fee. Thank you, Carolyn, for your honesty, straightforward efforts, and your genuine concern that I did not think existed in the legal world.
