Carolyn N. Budnik

Attorney at Law

A native of Florida, I bring more than 25 years of experience as an attorney to the table. A sampling of my clients includes individuals, financial institutions, private investors, small businesses, condominiums, and homeowners' associations. I vigorously represent my clients in real estate litigation and closings.

Before becoming an attorney, I worked in many fields in Florida. I worked in the auto parts industry, the boating industry, and the equine industry to name a few. I finally realized I needed a set trade and set my mind on becoming a legal secretary/paralegal. I attended law school at Nova Southeastern University at night, while working full time as a paralegal, and raising my family. I look back on those years now and wonder how I did it! As a resident of Florida my entire life, I have been fortunate to enjoy the many outdoor opportunities Florida has to offer. My first passion is my love for all things "horses," my second is for all things "Ocean/Everglades/Nature" and my third is for "motorcycles." I consider myself a home-grown Florida girl.
